Computer Repairs FAQ


Q: How long will my repair take?
A: We repair most faults within the same day, If we need to order parts then we can normally get these next day delivery.  We realise how difficult being without your computer can be and we will always try to get it back to you as quickly as possible.  We don’t send anything away, all repairs are completed in our Ealing workshop or on-site.

Q: How much do you charge for computer repairs?
A: We will always offer you a fixed price for the repair, for example if your laptop screen needs replacing we will give you a total price for the work before starting.  We don’t want you to have any nasty surprises; we want you to know exactly what your repair will cost before we complete the work.

Q: How can you offer such low pricing compared to other repair services in the area?
A: Most of our work comes in via recommendations and repeat business; we don’t have to spend a massive amount on advertising.  We also believe in charging a fair price for the work we do and promise you will not find a better price within the area if you do please challenge us.

Q: Why would I use you rather than a large high street shop such as PC World?
A: We pride ourselves on offering a personal service; you will speak directly to the person doing your repair so you can explain the problem in detail.  We can turnaround repairs fast and efficiently, often completing the repair the same day or within 24 hours unlike big brand stores that often quote 5 days+.  We don’t send our computers away to a service centre for repair all repairs are undertaken in our workshop in Ealing. You also have your very own tech guy to speak to though out your repair.

Q: How do I know you are a reputable company?  I hear so much about cowboy shops and scams.
A: We are very proud to be members of the Northfield community, and are recommended on google reviews click here to view our feedback.

Q: Is my computer going to be sent somewhere for repair?
A: No absolutely not, we undertake all repairs here in our workshop in Ealing.

Q: Can you replace broken laptop screens?
A: Yes of course, this is one of the most common repairs we do and is much cheaper than buying a new laptop.  Call us for a quote, we stock most laptop screens and can swap those we have in stock the same day!

Q: Is my data safe?
A: We will always take great care in looking after your data.  We will discuss backing up your data with you prior to undertaking any work and if the data isn’t backed up we can offer a solution or some advice.  We always recommend if possible you take a backup prior to any work being done.

Q: What about the warranty on repairs?
A: All parts comes with a 1 year warranty, no messing about if a part that we supply fails then we will replace it for free no questions.  We are a fair company and we pride ourselves on great customer service, we want you to recommend us to others and so we will do everything we can to make sure you have a good experience.

Q: How much do you charge to quote me on my repair and how long will it take?

A: We dont not charge you anything to have a look at the problem you may have ith your
computer, we will have a look at it whilst you wait and should take no longer than 5 – 10
